you might need a Foundation in Food Hygiene certificate.
YMCA
Training are offering a one day course at their London Rd centre on Monday
12th March, costing £49.50 or £12 if you're a member of SAVO (local
voluntary network).
I'm looknig into getting funding for this, so coop
members can do it free - if you're interested, contact me! (Gemma)
